8800GT PSU query before upgrade

Here's what I have together for my next upgrade soon.

I have an Antec SmartPower 2.0 450W (specs) that came with my Sonata II case (which I plan to reuse), but is it enough for my upgrade, or should I splurge and upgrade the PSU as well?

If I do upgrade, I was thinking either the TruePower Trio 550 or Corsair 520-HX.

I answered on pcgamer.com but yeah that PSU should run it, but due to an exploding capacitor issue that is rampant with Antec Smartpower PSUs I would replace it if I were you.
