8800gt or hd3850 ??

If you can afford it then definitely get the 8800 GT as it's vastly faster than the 3850.

the 8800gt 256 is faster than the 3870 unless you use aa/af high res. it blows the 3850 512 away no matter what. without aa, 256mb is perfect for high resolutions. and aa isnt really needed in high resolutions for the performance hit you take anyways.
