8800GT and power supply question

i already have a PSU. it's a coolermaster extreme power duo 650W. i'm not even sure how much power is required by an 8800GT on the 12v rail. the psu has 2 12v rails of 18A. i've read some reviews for it on newegg and people have been able to use the 8800gt with this psu. i'm just wondering if overclocking would require more power. cause that might be why some of the people weren't able to get enough power to their 8800gt. i think the basic is like 600MHz and it goes to 700MHz. so i'm just wondering if that has anything to do with whether or not this psu will work with an 8800gt.
