8800 gtx as a physx card

I'm in the process of planning a new gaming computer with a gtx 670. My old computer has a 8800 gtx that I was thinking of using as a dedicated physx processor in the new one. It still works perfectly and I paid $650 for it about 5 years back:

old card: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16814150214

1.) What are the downsides and or upsides of using this card as a dedicated physx processor?

2.) Is a 650w psu enough to power my setup if I plan some moderate?

3.) Any other thoughts

Guess I should post some more specs:

some z77 mb
3570k cpu
ocz vertex 4 128g ssd
samsung 4g x 4 ram
evga superclocked gtx 670
seasonic x650 gold psu

Thanks for looking!

1.Downside-heat,noise Upside U will get better performance in 2 gpu physx titles in a year.
2.I would look for a 750W psu.The 8800Gtx is a bit power hungry.650 can do the job but if u plan to oc its better to be safe than sorry.
3.Forget it 😉

For reasons Jaydip stated, I would sell or give away the 8800gtx at this point. If you really want a dedicated PhysX card, you can find a GT 240 or something that should be serviceable. A GT 240 is maybe 2/3 the speed or so of a 8800gtx... can't remember exactly. But you can find them used for like $30, give or take $10.
