8800 GTS Issues

Hi All I recently purchased a 880 GTS and after installing, when I boot up, nothing comes on the screen. I have all the cables connected (I am not that stupid) and everything is nice and snug, any ideas? I am slightly suspect my PSU... Here is my current setup:

400 watt PS with 18a on 12v1 and 18a on 12v2
2gb DDR 400 ram
Epox EP=9NPA+Ultra
AMD Athlon 64 3500+ Venice 2.2GHz
8800 GTS 640mb
