A lot of people's plans of returning it if its not that good after benchmarks come out won't work it seems 🙁 I have a feeling a lot of retailers will start doing this. Oh well.
 
I'm guessing the MSI one is the cheapest because it's probably not bundled with anything and is bare-bones in general 😱

Anyway, I hope Tigerdirect doesn't charge me 15% restocking fee for the 8800GTS Fatal1ty I'm sending back. I put everything back in the box but it says they might charge you back or deny your return if things like "stickers are broken." Well how the hell are you supposed to open the package if you don't pull off or cut the stickers! Bah. If you read the fine lines their iron-clad guarantee looks less and less promising. But I'm gonna keep my fingers crossed.
 
Over at NCIX.com the staff are saying to check back there at 6AM (PST). He also said though that with the NDA any sites that already put up the GT won't be getting anything.. but anyway, here's the link and quotes for the lazies among us:

Some etailers are going to be allocated units and will have it shipped to THEM on 10/29. But as we already know, some etailers ALREADY have stock, such as the Asian brands (people online already reporting having received Inno3D and MSI 8800GTs since last week).

I'm guessing the allocation is reserved for XFX/eVGA/PNY/BFG brands. But clearly vendors have already had access to the Asian-based 8800GT labels.
 
Was hoping for an XFX board, but at $232 shipped the price is right. Plus I'm sure to get one now 😀

Thinking these will sell like hotcakes. Already ranked #6 @ Buy.com
 
NCIX has 3 models for the evga GT, the one they do have in stock is clocked at 650/1900 and comes with Hitman Blood Money and some mouse pad ($259) while they other two are priced at $279 (675 clock) and $289 for the 700 clock.

edit - These are from NCIX Canada. The US NCIX also throws in Quake Wars (along with the two freebies) with the 650 clocked evga as well!
