The Crazy 88's ? Looks like a last minute Swift Boat attempt to me.

They must have rounded them up off the golf course...

How many lifetimes more military & national security experience do they have than you or anyone else in P&N?

88.

They do not care much, they are set for life all ready.

I've met my fair share of retired Admirals/Generals in the past, you'd probably be surprised how many there are out there.

At least they're being honest if its the same group I read about yesterday. They're taking the Lindsey Graham route. We need 10k more troops in Afghanistan for 25+ years, we need 25k for Iraq that we may be able to draw down to 8k after 10 years. We need 25k for Syria no time frame for withdrawal, we need another 12k in the Gulf region for rapid reaction force.

**figures aren't exact its a summary but they did advise large amounts for troops for many ME locations for decades**

Well like I said they are set for life.

They can always advise chucking in 100K troops in various areas for 25 years in a election cycle, and not worry about it.

Trying to make it relevant backing Trump up is a different matter. They probably own a lot of Trump stock, here and there.

Don't care if Trump (or for that matter, Hillary) has 88 thousand generals writing in support, I don't give a damn what they think or why. The opinion of 88 generals carries as much weight as 88 of the homeless folks muttering to themselves downtown.

Old cold warrior neocons denied the great conflagrations they dreamed of by none other than Reagan & Gorbachev. Out of touch & out to pasture, they still manage a little fear mongering, misdirection & saber rattling-

The "restore law & order domestically" bit has a certain truthiness, that's for sure.

Hmm aren't those unprecedented cuts to the Military from the sequester? Blaming Obama seems to be a bit narrow.

That's all he could get? Romney had 500 (and they even paid for their own ad).

Yup... compared to Romney, Trump's support among generals just doesn't measure up. This proves that once again, Trump comes up short. It's not surprising that the bigoted billionaire has so little support among retired generals.

This explains why Trump is the guy for people with small minds.

And small hands.

I really couldn't care less who endorses who but I'm curious what kind of quality endorsers are lining up behind him.

Just saw on broadcast news Hillary has 95 Generals (same criteria as Trump) supporting her
The difference here is the breadth of support Hillary has from people with extensive foreign policy experience from both parties. Trump doesn't even come close. It's funny watching some of his supporters throw around Reagans name like he's comparable and yet I've lost count of how many people who worked in Reagans administration have come out in support of Clinton.

Wait.,..why does T-Rump even need one general's endorsement? T-Rump has already said he knows more than the generals, at least about ISIS. So why does he "need" generals again?

This is incredibly disappointing. There is no way a non-cynical person can look at Donald Trump and think that person should be in charge of any armed force.
