865G choice - What would you choose ?

I already have all other parts(P4 1.8A, PC2700 Memory...so no amd nforce2)

Which one would you choose? It seems GA-8IG1000MK is quite cheap at monarchcomputer.($93 at newegg)

The layouts are similar, as are the feature sets.

I think the MSI may not have a gameport header (if this is important to you), but it has a better audio codec (Pretty much anything is better than Realtek)

"Better," in this case, is the analog audio quality. CPU utilization may or may not differ, since software audio is software audio...

I already checked their manuals and they dont have memory voltage adj. bummer.

That actually concerns me.. I'm not sure if vDimm can be read from the SPD chip on a RAM module, and, if it can't, you're stuck at 2.5v forever and always. The JEDEC spec is 2.6v, and a lot of DDR400 memory can't run 400 mhz at 2.5v.
