865 not as overclockable as 875?

What is the best o'c mobo for a 2.8c? Im using an epox 4pda2+ rev2 based on the 865 chipset and cant get it past 233mhz fsb. Im using kingston pc4000 dual channel so I know thats not it. Maybe its the chip, although its an M0 stepping.

I had a 2.4c for a while that would go up to 250 but not beyond. Would an 875 board do the trick like the ic7g max 2?

I865, I875, SIS655TX - tried them all - no big difference in my humble opinion.

Biggest advantages are to the boards with the most stable power - 4 phase voltage regulators - Abit and Asus for example.
