Within a month

DX10 is a lot better than DX9

You'll find out how when CoH gets updated for DX10

Yea, I agree with Kromis. I went and got the 8800GTS 640 for DX10. Im still waiting for DX10 games or patches.

Yea DX10 is just a cushion. The important thing should be getting the best value for your money. There are just not enough DX10 games on the horizon for the next few years. And most DX10 games will be compatible with DX9, aside from Halo 2. And does anyone really want to play that?

In the end you have to make sure you are getting the best performance for your money and not go for DX10.

It would be silly to pay $200 for 8600GT just because it is a DX10 part, even if you could have gotten better performance for the same money. DX10 doesn't seem to be worth it yet.
