I am having an annoying issue with my new htpc. Basically when I click and open various windows and website my screen will jump down/flicker about 1'' for a second. I am using dvi to hdmi to output to my 1080i hdtv. It will occur at 720p as well. I also has happened during video playback. I have tried both the official nvidia drivers and the .74 betas. I am out of ideas so any help would be great.
