8500dv worth it?

I am definitely sure I am getting at least an 8500, but I want to know what you think on if I should get the 8500dv. The differences on the cards are tv-tuner, tv-in, and remote control (anything else?). Is this worth the ~90 dollar differential between the two? And is there a performance difference between the two or should they be on par with each other?
 
The DV is clocked slightly slower if I am not mistaken. The main question is, are you going to use all of those extra features that the card has to offer? If you are, then sure, you might as well spend the extra $90.
