I mean, it would be preferable to have a POR of 0 instead of 4 but 4 is still pretty low (unless you've just recently installed it).
Power loss may cause drives to stop working entirely but I don't know if that's very common nowadays, at least they dont seem as prone to it as old SandForce drives could be.
It's more likely to cause some data loss since it probably discards newly written data in order to protect the drive from failure.
