I'd like to know if a Intel Desktop Board D845PEBT2 (845PE chipset...) with a Celeron 1700MHz (400MHz fsb) would work with a DDR333 memory...
My question arises because the PEBT2 manual says:
Supported System Bus Frequency / Memory Speed Combinations:
To use this type of DIMM? The processor?s system bus frequency must be?
DDR333 533 MHz
DDR266 533 MHz or 400 MHz
Why isn't possible the combination of a 400MHz FSB cpu with a DDR333 memory?...is anyone using a 845pe chipset with such a combination?
