Im primarily gonna use my PC for gaming and im trying to upgrade it accordingly. Thanks for any help

850 all da way because RDRAM is faster than 845-D especially in gaming, and plus RDRAM is the same price as DDR now. The best 850 board is Abit TH7II, but another great one is Asus P4T-E.

The SiS 645 can't be denied though. Coming in with an incredibly low price tag, and new DDR-333 memory support, the 645 provides an absolutely exceptional bank for the buck ratio. The 645 with DDR-333 runs at about 95% of the speed of the i850 / RDRAM platform, but only costs around 75% as much. Stability and incompatibility issues? None that we've seen. It's just a great little chipset for not a whole lot of money.

I dunno about rdram/850. I've been doing alot of research, and with the new 1.6ghz northwoods doing 2.2ghz with retail cooling here., I'm VERY inclined to go with the Epox 4SDA+ which has some great overclocking features.
