looks bad but the health status says green, everything good to go (Magician 4.5).
So, should I be worried?
(Reason i stumbled on it is because I think it is running slow again in some cases (listing old files etc.) so was messing around with magician checking for updates.)

If you're experiences read speed slowdowns you can either perform an Advanced Performance Optimization in Samsung Magician or use DiskFresh.

And wear leveling count of 16 means 16 out of 1000-3000 of the rated PE cycles.
