They say Keehn slowly rolled up in a silver Mercury Grand Marquis, pointed a handgun out the window and fired at least one shot, hitting the front of Prittslawton's mobile home.

Then just as slowly - never exceeding the 15 mph speed limit - he rolled away. He was arrested a short time later without incident.

Wow. That's actually pretty funny... but it was a shootout so I'll not go any further about that... :(

Think she kind of deserved it IMO. Theifs have no respect for anyone or anything, and it's sad how little our country does against it.

But court records say Prittslawton is also a felon who served nearly four years of an eight-year prison sentence for theft in Arizona. Prittslawton also has arrests in Texas and Florida on charges of forgery and fraud. Her most recent arrest came in 2004, when Sam's Club said she passed a bad check.

Sounds like she totally deserved it.
If someone owed me $4000, and was ordered by the court 2 years ago to make monthly payments EVERY month, and 24 months had passed with no payments, I'd be pretty mad too. Besides, she has a history of being a scam artist and being a thief (writing bad checks...) It sounds like she has had about 25 too many chances to pay back on the loan. Too bad the old man didn't hit his target.

yeah. she was asking for it. having a criminal history also didn't help matters. she's a thief and she knew it. the poor guy was conned into helping her out. i bet she befriended him to gain his trust -- and then, to ultimately exploit him.

i don't condone his activities, but it doesn't seem probable that she was planning on paying up.

The jury should acquit him and give him $$$.
