With the Kaveri to Godavari transition I know AMD silently transitioned from TIM to Solder.

Do we know what FX chips use? TIM or Solder?

If TIM could it be AMD made the silent transition to Solder without telling anyone?

EDIT: According to this post at overclock.net FX-8320 is soldered.
