whips some ass. The video is hilarious.

“I hear a loud noise,” she told WHAM-TV. “I’m thinking, what the heck was that? The young man is in my home. He broke the door.”
The award-winning bodybuilder told the outlet she hid under the cover of night – picking up the nearest object – as the thief crept through her home.
“I picked up the table, and I went to work on him,” said Murphy, who can deadlift 225 pounds. "The table broke.”
“And when he’s down,” she added, “I’m jumping on him.”
After the table drop, Murphy grabbed a nearby bottle of shampoo and went to town.

So now the perp is the laughing stock of not only the local jail, but also whatever prison he ends up in as well.

Yeah, not every day you hear about someone being hit with a table (outside of the pro wrestling world, anyway).

The power of lifting weights. You want a fountain of youth? It's right here my friends. Lifting weights. A "normal" 82 year old would had been defenseless.
Not this lady/ Jack Lalane would be proud.

I get it, but at a certain point - your body is going to go. Lifting weights helps your muscles - I don't know of anything other than calcium that stops how brittle people's bones are.

Bone isn't static, its receptive to exercise as well

Don't underestimate the power of your body

This is literally hilarious (and demonstrative) because there is significant evidence that resistance training (weight lifting) is beneficial for bone density.

Not to mention the pharmaceuticals that help.

So actually, you don't get it.

Not really. My point still stands, you can take pills and exercise all you want.... Your body will eventually turn. Such is aging.

As much as a hardon as you get, there is no mystical concauction to prevent it.
lol, you just physically can't stand being wrong, can you?

You literally said you didn't know of anything other than calcium. That's easily demonstrably false.

Just admit it and move on dude
