let me start with a screenshot of the problem
now, for ages my friends pc has been acting up, being very very slow at times. Today he decides to investigate further :> , and downloaded "sysinternals." What it shows is very interesting- there is hope yet 😉.

Can anyone please interpret this message?

his pc specs:-
some asrock mobo
athlon xp 1900+
radeon 9200se
usb -> ps2 mouse (converter), ps2 keyboard
win xp pro sp1

Some driver or something looks to be setup incorrectly. The processes look fine though...
 
Can you link me to the utility he downloaded? I would like to also check my system because sometimes it runs slow as well.
