815EP Motherboards available?

Has anyone actually seen any 815EP motherboards available in stores yet BESIDES the Asus CUSL2-C ??

I am trying to find the MSI 815EP Pro but no one seems to have it yet. Anyone seen it anywhere? I'm starting to wonder if MSI has just "announced" the product but it won't be available for few weeks or something.

Also I'm confused over the MSI 815EP Pro.... they have something now called the 815EP Pro-R which comes with a Promise ATA100 RAID controller on board. Is there going to be a version of the board without that feature or not? The MSI website doesnt really distinguish between the two.
 
Well I've heard some people saying they love the MSI board, but when asked to specifically state what they like, very few people seem to have responded.
