looks good, just missing an lcd display.
It says only takes up to 128MB CF cards, but does anyone know about about higher capacity cards?

I ordered one. For $25 it's worth a shot. I have the Lyra that uses CF but you have to use their piracy thingamabob.
 
I've never owned one of these, but I do have one of the early memorex CD-MP3 players. One of the problems I have with the memorex is that is occasionally drops a half second or so of music. Do the card based players do this as well? If they don't then this is a much hotter deal for me. (of course it is only $20...)

 
Thanks for the deal! I read some translated reviews of the unit, it seems OK (although the headphones suck but what did you expect for $20?) Now all I need is a good deal on a CF reader.....

I have 5 or 6 sets of headphones laying around. The headphones aren't built-in are they?
 
I have one of these from the buy.com deal of the day deal, I'll sell it for $20 shipped brand new if anyone wants it. Same exact model and brand new. PM me if your interested 🙂
 
The only negative thing I can see about this unit is that it doesn't have any kind of LCD Display. But for jogging or working out, I suppose you're more interested in looking around the gym than staring at a display. heh heh
 
Jumped on this one too... looks like itll be good to use while mowing the yard, won't stress if I drop it a few times
 
here is the only down side i see "Uses Type I CompactFlash up to 128MB" It does not support higher than 128mb and does not support microdrive! Unless someone knows where to get a bios update???????
