810 chipset and FCPGA

I have an Intel CA810 motherboard that I have been working on. I have replaced pretty much everything but the board. My questions are 1. The owners manual says ppga processors. I am using a FCPGA 600e. I remember putting a FCPGA in an 810 board before and it not working so I think that might be the problem. The "supported processor" list shows the 600e as a compatible processor.

2. the board might be bad. The board is brand new and never has been tested so it could just be a bad board. The only processors I have at my house ar 2 1gig (which I know won't work because of the 133mhz bus) A P4 1.5 and A tualitin 1.2. I know both of those will not work.

I have pulled out everything that is not necessary tried different sticks of memory and even a different power supply. It powers up and all the fans turn on but it never beeps or sends a signal to the monitor. Any ideas of what else to try?

Thanks
