80x15 fan with the highest CFM?

Hi. About a year ago the fan on my friend's shuttle died and he came to me for advice; since I didn't have real "Experience" with fans I went with what was suggested here.

However, it just doesn't push enough to keep his 3000+ cool. The entire system is pretty hot in such a small area, and SFF relies literally on this fan as the primary mechanism for cooling.

I want a fan that has a high CFM output (or even better high max output but a variable adjuster to choose how fast it will spin) but still maintains the restriction of 80mmx15mm; this part has proven to be the biggest hurdle.

If anyone can help me or point me in the right direction I would appreciate it. thanks

Btw, might I add that his old one is somewhere in the 2XXX range. I don't remember if it is the low or high two thousand range so I would be hoping for something in the 3XXXX range. I know RPM isn't everything, but since I can't get a larger fan to get that same CFM then I will have to rely on increased RPMs. Again, variable control fan is great (I have a variable fan up to 4800 RPMs and during the hotter weather if I play a game I just turn it up higher and never have to worry at all)

why not just change the entire cooling unit? ive stuck coolmaster aquagate mini 80 on the shuttles without any problems. There small enough to fit on it, its liquid cooling at basics, and its much quieter then a loud 80mm fan.

Beceause it costs too much money ;) I think I might end up trying that evercool...I know its marketing but apparantly the fan that sucks IS the Zalman. It is reliable, but it just doesn't blow enough.

edit:

is there another place with that evercool? They have it OOS and I can't seem to find it in the other major channels (or my searching sucks) such as monarch, zzf and newegg

hmm...how does one "tail" it? And where could I buy those parts?

Where exactly is the fan mounted? If it's at the back, there's a chance you won't have to be restricted by fan thickness.

This is a typical Panaflo tail. On most Panaflo's you can connect it directly to the fan hub but it doesn?t like this 80x15mm Panaflo has the appropriate connector for this. The best method would be soldering the connection with a soldering iron. Honestly I'm surprised SVC even offers that way, in it's present form its practically useless .
