80s TV Show - What was it called?

Does anybody remember a show from the 80s I believe, with a man who had a shiny body...possibly covered in stars...and he could transform into various things. I hope I'm not mixing 2 shows into 1. Thanks for the help.

Thanks guys, that's the show I was thinking about....guess it was earlier than the 80s. Gonna look up some episodes in youtube now 🙂

I remember watching that on TV, seems like forever ago though.

I remember one scene where bad guys were chasing the Autocar and it made a 90 degree left turn. Not a sharp turn, but literally a digitally perfect 90 turn. The bad guys say "What!? Well, if he can do it, so can we!" and proceed to slam into a wall after failing to make a 90 degree turn. Whoops.

Im an 80's child & I dont not remember that show at all!

It was made to compete against Knight Rider. Guess what people watched.

Dallas

Knight rider was Tuesday at 8:00, Dallas was 9:00pm on Friday after the Dukes of Hazzard.

At one time, I memorized the entire TV schedule 😀

the fact that you still remember it scares me.

I read the title and knew it was Automan. I used to watch that show, along with Street Hawk when it was on. That lasted just as long. lol.
