80's TV show question: anyone remember that show....

At first I thought you meant Dr. Who, then you said a stop watch was used.

Phineas Bogg!!!!

This has been bugging me for the past week. I didnt realize it only ran for one season...I remember it was on at the same time as Knight Rider...probably why it didnt do well
