80's song title help - n/m--Thanks jonnyGURU!

Okay, I keep on hearing this 80's song on the radio, but I can never get through to ask the station for the artist/title. The first line of the song is something like this "My love...tell me what is on your mind..." It's kind of a slow, yet fast song, and the chorus begins with "My love...I can't wait.." and has something that sounds like the word "oh" with really bad synthesizers. Thanks in advance to anyone that can help out.
