80mm Case Fan Reccomendations?

I am in the market to replace the three, stock 80mm exhaust fans in my Silverstone SST-TJ03 case. Each of them run at 2,050 RPM at 21dBA. If possible, I am looking for 80mm fans that push more air but stay relatively quiet.

I plan to overclock (using air only), so the exhaust fans need to be able to function very well, as well as not make a lot of noise at the same time. If anyone has any advice or reccomendations on case fans to look into that fit what I am looking for, please post. =)

That is a high end case and I know you don't want to cut on it or do some Mickey Mouse
fitment.

No way are you going to find 80mm fans that will move air quietly, just not going to happen.
Youir PSU already has two fans but if you had a PSU that used one 120mm fan that could be
changed out for a very good quiet exhaust, but you don't so enough of that.

I looked at this case at overclockers.com. It there room at the front for a 120x38, can the extra
13mm of fan goodness fit ? If so, up-rate this fan to no more than 100cfm. I just happen to
have a couple of 120x38 fans f/s. PM me if you go this way.

SilverStone does make 92mm fans that boilt to 80mm mounting holes. They come with a controller
and will move serious air. There will NOT be room enough on the rear of the case for a pair of them.
Moving serious air through the blow hole will most likely cause much noise and cutting out the grill would
not make me happy.
If you wanted to use two of the SilverStone fans that mount to 80mm holes...One could be installed on
the outside and the other on the inside...That would work. If you can live with it. I could.

If you change out the front fan for more cfm, it looks like the lower door will have to be ajar when the intake
is ramped-up. How restrictive is the front door ?

I honestly don't think you need more than 100cfm of intake and the exhaust should be just a little less than that.

Come back at me..What'cha think ?
