805D vs. Core2Duo 6300 ?

Are there any performance comparisons between these two "el cheapo" Intel CPU's?
Both running maximum overclocked; on an overclock-friendly ASUS P5B Deluxe, for example?
How does the 805D running at 4.0+ GHz compare with the 6300 running at 3.0+ GHz?

There is no comparison, no matter how you do it...

Well, okay, a 4 GHz 805 would be similar to a stock E6300.

But once you OC the E6300 even a bit, it's game wayyy over.
