802.11n with internal laptop card

I have a dell E1705/9400. I recently setup an OpenFiler box and the 24mbps I am getting is not cutting it. I want to upgrade to 802.11n. I can't seem to find performance reviews with internal cards. All the reviews seem to be with usb/pc cards. Does anyone know what is a good choice on this? Some things that will limit me.

1. I have mini pci express.
2. only two antennae leads.

1. The choice of mini pci express wireless cards is abysmal.

2. It is Not 802.11n it is Draft-N

3. The performance of whatever is available in Wireless Card is pretty much the same.

Ergo there is No thriving market and Comparable reviews

Just get whatever you can find, preferably with the same chipset of the Wireless Router/Access Point.

From what I have seen the Intel cards are by far the best of the internal cards that are out there. I have not tested any of them but those who I work with who have say they are the best. The second in line is the Buffalo external card.

Edit: I just saw your requirement for 2 antenna leads and I doubt you are going to find a card that supports only 2 leads as .11n needs 3 antennas in all deployments that I have seen and I would need to look at documentation to see if it is required.

The Dell 1500 has only 2 leads. I can't tell on some of the other cards but I think the intel is only 2 as well. I can probaly find an antennae on ebay and route it myself somewhere.

I am mainly looking for a good card/router combo as from the reviews I saw performance could vary widely(or not work at all) based on the combo of card/router
