Sorry if this seems like a newbie question, but I was just configuring a laptop online and there was an option for a 802.11b+g turbo network adapter. I haven't really seen this technology before, and was wondering how it worked. If I have an 802.11b+g turbo network adapter (108Mbps) will I be able to connect to regular 802.11b/g networks but not be able to benefit from this turbo technology? Do I need to buy a new access point or router to use the turbo technology. I guess I'm a little confused as to what this is all about, and how they achieve this. If someone could explain this to me, I'd be very appreciative.
