80004005 Win2K Server, ASP, SQL2k, Upload

Greetings and Salutations,

My server is currently experiencing an upload problem. While we are able to upload files up to 128 kb, anything bigger gets a '80004005' error. And I get a page cannot be displayed. We are currently using W2KServer, SQL 2k, and asp for the website. Please help if you can 🙂
