I'm a newbie on o/cing, i just have a couple of questions.
I've been wondering...i've read a lil about the pencil trick. but still got some questions. PLEASE HELP

1.Do i unlock ALL of the L bridges or only the L1 ones?
2.I just got a MSI k7t266pro-r, how do i set the multiplier? CMOS?
3.Can i run: mobo, cpu, 2cd-rom drives, 1 or 2 15gig hds, radeonve with only 250w when if i o/c to 1ghz?
