how? if you technically hold it like a gun, but have to keep the base on the desk, how is that not going to kill your hand and arms?
 
i always wanted a cheap mouse that you held like this instead of a traditional mouse. It might be great for my wrist, or it may be torture. For $2 shipped (prime) its worth a shot.
