I would go with the SonataII if you want to stick with Antec Case/PSU. Are you planning on overclocking? Gigabyte S3 would get better OC I think and you will be fine with DDR2 667 RAM. Get the Value series in OCZ, Corsair, Crucial or check out the ones below.

I would feel the PS is more than fine. Antec isn't considered so great anymore, but people have a massive tendency to overstate PS demands. For one 7900GS I wouldn't sweat it.
 
I would change the motherboard to the Gigabyte 965 S3
and get some Team Group 1 Gb Kit DDR2 (2 x 512) 3-3-3-8 667 Mhz. Everything else looks fine.
 
Any reason to pick the Gigabyte S3 over the DS3? My understanding is that they're the same bored but the DS3 is built with better parts.

That's about the only difference. The DS3 has solid caps and a different LAN controller.
 
don't worry about the power supply in the case. Many people put too much emphasis on the power supply. This power supply will do exactly what a $50+ powersupply will do, for your needs.

I'd only change the motherboard and overclock that 6300.
