depends what it is... I'm bad with numbers (phone numbers, dates, ip addresses), but some stuff (events, conversations, things that I've read/written), I can remember for years. oral conversations especially. I can repeat 75% of the conversations I've had with people word-for-word (what I said and what they said) weeks after the fact.
