This sounded familiar so I went back through my PayPal history and all I can say: "Be Careful". Back in December of 2009 this company ran a similar promotion. They had no problem accepting my PayPal payment but never delivered the merchandise. They never sent cancellation notices either nor refunded the money. When I contacted them: they claimed that this coupons were specific to certain accounts therefore my order is invalid. After contacting them several more times to get a refund I ended up filing a dispute with PayPal. That was the only way to get my $ money back.

My advise is to stay away from this company, they are very unprofessional at best.

Rats, placed my order before reading this. They already grabbed my $1.05 from paypal, will keep a close eye on this. A buck for two 9 volt batteries is fantastic-eleven bucks is ridiculously high.
