8 died in nursing home fire in Nashville...no sprinklers had been installed

Apparently, it's up to states to enforce putting in sprinklers and, in this case, it wasn't necessary unless the company completely renovated the building.

So...as a result of saving a few bucks, 8 people are dead and, one can assume, lawsuits will follow.
