I use overnightprints.com for my business cards and fliers, looooove the quality, price and speed from them. I designed a brochure which is 8.5x14 trifold. And low and behold Overnight doesn't do this size, neither does Vista. I googled and found a ton of places that do, and haven't heard of a single one of them. I'm not going to drop a few hundred dollars to have some printed up only to find out the company sucks.

I'm not looking to get 5,000 made, maybe 500, so a place that does small to medium sized jobs would be what I'm after. Anyone here had anything this size printed up? any feedback would be greatly loved on my part.

Fedex Kinko's

I've had them do jobs in size from 25 pages to 30,000 pages. Their quality has been as good as it can be, given some of the outrageous requirements I've given them. I'd probably have them run a few proofs before running the entire batch, though, if it's not a standard weight letter/legal printing.

places like Kinko's & Staples charge a lot. I don't know their pricing on Brochures, but when I was getting business cards & flyers they wanted like 4x what the cost me on overnightprints, and they offered next to no options, like rounded corners etc. I would expect Brochures to cost $$$$$$ there compared to an online place. If a Kinko's my best option I'll go with them, but I'd like to have something high quality that won't run me $1.50 a copy.
