8/30/12 Steam Weekend Deal: The Darkness 2 75% off

Hmm... tempted by Endless Space. But who am I kidding, I'd be horrible at a 4x space game and I'm already playing a bunch of other stuff right now anyway. I'll wait till it gets a bit cheaper.

The Darkness II is great BTW. If you enjoy gory, ridiculous, outlandish singleplayer FPS games a la Bulletstorm, then you'll enjoy The Darkness II. The only difference is that The Darkness II also has a relatively well-written storyline. There are some interesting dynamics, and the moments you spend with Jenny (the main character's girlfriend) are surprisingly touching.
 
wow - i've been putting off buying games for about a year now and then this pops up; really tempted to get both of these.
