Anyone else chipping in for the 4 pack? We already have two.

Agreed. In fact I think prototype was a very mediocre game. It felt like it was all designed around the main character and nothign else mattered to the devs. The environments are unimaginative and very bland and repetitive, there are few types of enemies, they dont look very good, and enemy/neutrals models are heavily reused, etc, etc.

Apparently the devs thought that the player would be so awed by the cool stuff that the main character can do, that he/she would completely ignore everything else. To me, that's an insult to my intelligence. As a contrast, Fallout 3 is a game where the devs paid attention to almost everything, and in some places even a little too much. (in a good way)

Another thing I hated about prototype, is that I suffered from some sort of weird motion sickness while playing it. It gave me a headache and made me feel very disoriented. There are a few games that make me do that, and Prototype was one of those very few games.

im in. i played the beta and really loved it. i just dont have time for so many games anymore! :p

Already have prototype. Excellent game - sets out to be an action game with some freeform play, and executes superbly. Tight controls, excellent powerset, enough variety in enemies and situations to merit using all of them. Even a bit of stealth and a plot which was interesting if you spent the time to work through the web of deceit. But, mostly it's an action game which executes very well - and there's a lot of value in that.

i played it on PS3 and found the controls fairly difficult. maybe it's better on PC?
