Update: '300' on Live Video Marketplace

If you?ve been waiting for 300 to hit the (U.S.) Video Marketplace?.your wait is now over. Both the SD and HD versions are now available for download. The HD version weighs in at hefty 5.3 GB.

I may have to clear some room on my HDD to check out the HD version. Watched the SD DVD last week.

Still way too much money for 3 songs.. I hope people aren't buying these so they will learn to lower the prices.

Amongst this crowd I'm almost ashamed to say that "DEAD!" is one of my favorite songs to play on GHII, but I've never heard of any of those songs so I'm not at risk of breaking my "$6 for 3 songs DLC" embargo.

I swear I'm not emo.

I love that song also, actually there are a lot of My Chemical Romance songs that I like

"Famous Last Words" is an absolutely fantastic song, I'm glad to see it added. I had never heard "Dead!" before GH2, but like it as well. I think I tried listening to some of their music at one point after playing "Dead!", but none of it went over too well with me.

Beautiful Katamari demo already? Sweet!

I really need to go back and finish We Love Katamari...

I've never played one of these games...and from the video's it hasn't appealed to me...but I might check it out as it seems like something my wife might get into...if I can tear her away from Viva Pinata.

Katamari is surprisingly fun to play and very quirky when it comes to humor. As much as the game is simple as you just roll up stuff that you're big enough to roll up, it takes a bit of thinking on how to get big enough to roll up certain objects or getting to certain places to grab other objects. There are also stages where you have to get a certain number of a certain item to win, regardless of size. If I remember correctly, your overall size does give you points at the end too, but you won't do well without the objective item.

My ex-girlfriend liked Katamari and she's actually the one that introduced me to it, so there may be hope for you if you're tired of Viva Piñata yet 😛

I'll definitely take a look at it. I don't think my wife will ever tire of Viva Pinata...best $60 I ever spent...but it would be nice to have her interested in at least one other game.

I really feel like the 360 has hit its stride. It's like Christmas every week with more demo's and games available. I'm doing everything just to keep up and enjoying every minute of it.

From what I've found, almost anyone is interested in at least one of the arcade games... it's just kind of finding which one that can be a pain. With all the flash conversions, if people love the small flash games, they're usually set.

I have to say though, I think the XBOX 360 is doing pretty well right now and is definitely where Microsoft wants it. Of course there's the issues with reliability, which is really the only downfall right now. From what I can tell, Microsoft made a pretty good choice in coming out early in this generation of the console wars. They took a chance like Sega did with their Dreamcast and came out ahead. This month and on will really be the best time to own an XBOX 360.

dang I was hoping for Puzzle Fighter HD

That would come on Wednesday. This week's XBLA games are Ecco the Dolphin and Hexic 2.

I believe we're supposed to see Puzzle Fighter HD before the end of the month.

Yea.... I got the songs, and heres the deal.

"Famouns Last Words" Very easy song even on expert. Mostly just a bunch of chords. I actually got my highest score of any song on that song (385k).

"Teenagers" is fun, not too long but probably my favorite to play of the pack.

"This is how I dissappear" definitely the hardest of the new pack, with my high score on that song so far being 65k

All and all I don't feel tooo ripped off since this is new content and all the songs are pretty enjoyable (and Dead is my girlfriends favorite song on game, so I'm sure she'll like them as well).

Alright guys, I'm here to say that Katamari completely sucks ass. I mean, it really, really sucks some ass. I thought this was supposed to be some mega sleeper hit back on the PS2? I can't imagine what people see in this "game".

It's one of those niche games that you either love or hate.

It's just simple, straightforward, and fun. It's also completely whacked out of its mind, which makes it all the more enjoyable. Really all the small (and bizarre) touches which make the game interesting aren't even in the demo, not that I think it would change your mind.

Sure it's nothing complicated or deep, but sometimes it's refreshing to play something that isn't just yet another FPS.

I enjoy the series but I thought the demo was a waste.

haha i thought the same thing! But I was afraid to say anything because of how great people were making it out to be.

It doesn't feel like a game to me, it's just weird.. but I guess as long as someone else can enjoy it, that's fine with me.
