as in "this file is in use", "don't have permission" etc?
i use lock hunter for the 1st and take ownership etc for the 2nd (which doesn't always work) but was wondering if there's a way to fix windows so that i can just be treated like an adult and be able to do what i please on my PC without jumping through hoops?
