7VAX and XP 1600+ Question

I have a Gigabyte 7VAX board, and an Athlon XP 1600+, running at 10.5x133. I cannot seem to raise the FSB any higher than 136 without lockups. I have a 400W ps. I read a review recently (here) of the same board, which was tested with a 1600+ as well, and they had it running at a FSB of 166. I first of all did not think that was possible with this processor, and I have played with every setting I can, but cannot acheive this. I have also tried raising the voltages to get higher than 136 (if i cant get it at 166+ i would like to at least get all i can out of 133), but with no luck. Is the article incorrect ? Am I doing something wrong ? any comments would be helpful.

I just attempted (4 times) to unlock my xp 1600+ (with the super glue/defogger method), but it didn't seem to work on a good note, i was able to get the machine to boot at 166 but it locked up in the bios. i get no post at 133x11 (default is 133x10.5) so im assuming the unlocking didnt work.. maybe i just have bad luck..
