I have the gigabyte 7dxr. No complaints at all.
I want to set up RAID however. Just as an experience thing as i want to know how to do it.
I heard that the promise BIOS is the lite version as has it's limit? Is this true? I also read about a modified BIOS that will override it and flash it with the normal promise BIOS so you have all the features and whatnot. I also hear it fixed the data curruption problem with the VIA south bridge.
If there is no way around this wha motherboard would you recmmened if any right now? Since new standards are coming around the corner. SUch as onboard USB 2.0 to name a one of many.
