7bit encryption, what the heck?

So I got two emails from a friend, outlook won't open the attachements, and they say they are in "7bit encryption" or something (I deleted them already, so I can't check). Never heard of 7bit before. Anyone know what it is?

so is this one that can only spread using outlook express like some of the earlier worms? Or can this be spread through every email client out there?

its a virus, just delete them, if you opened them, get mcaffe

and its 7bit encoding not encryption
