There doesn't look like there is a way, aside from cutting the bezel in half, and you still wouldn't know what cooler fits or not.

Why didn't nVidia ship this product with a more effective cooler designed specifically for this type of card, as opposed to what looks like two single-chip 7900GT coolers stacked on top of eachother?
 
I realize that. I dont even have the card, just putting together a system on paper.

For instance, if we were to purchase another 7950GX2, and quad SLI, would there be heat problems? I would assume under some circumstance that, yes, the thermal performance would not be that great. This would obviously be a small problem if there were aftermarket cooling solutions, but.
 
I would think that as long as you have good air circulation in your case, it would not be a super huge problem. Yeah, they run hot, but I dont think they are THAT bad as far as heat goes. The stock cooler works great for me, but I am pushing quite a bit of air through my case.

Well, there a water cooling block for the thing "coming soon", if you are into that sort of thing.

Ouch, 90 degree bends with resisting water tracks......
It's a step, but the fact is the build of the 7950 isn't the best for aftermarket cooling solutions.

I just think that by the time these coolers really get rolling, G80 will be sweeping the industry.
