7950GX2 and Dual Monitors

My friend has a 7950GX2 card on XP with the latest drivers, but he's not able to utilize his two monitors. Would anyone know what might be the problem?

"Unable to utilize"...I wonder what that means?

Connect both monitors, boot, reload the Video driver. It will require you to reboot, enter Display Properties, Enter the Settings tab. Both monitors there? If so, check "Extend my desktop..."

If that doesn't work, explaim "unable to utilize"
