7950GX2 and component-out

I figured this would be the best place to ask, but will the component out on my 7950GX2 card work while still using dual-gpu mode with the card? I know you cannot run dual monitors on the DVI's that way, but I am not sure about the TV-out. I just wanted to hook up my new HDTV to the computer, but I use the machine enough that disabling that setting and re-enabling seems like a PITA. Thanks.
