Please change your title to reflect what the deal is about. Not everybody that visits this site is still in school and even more do not attend CMU.

and if you go to Frostburg State University, you can get any microsoft product pretty much (no games) for $5 per CD.

this is hardly hot.

Most universities have a similar deal. I've seen them for $6 to $18 in Texas.
Must be a student and limit of one per visit usually.

Dammit. I got suckered into this thread too. And as a non-AT subscriber it takes 30 minutes for pages to load so I hope that dude comes back and changes his title to help 99% of us non CMU students ignore this thread better. (or maybe a mod will save us the trouble since he's new and may not know how to edit stuff...)

i would think its Carniege Mellon University in Pittsburgh, i got into their CS department but decided id rather kill myself then live in pittsburgh
